The ‘Blue Prince’ Holly is an oval, deciduous shrub that has thick, dark green, spiny foliage. As the male counterpart to the ‘Blue Princess’, the ‘Blue Prince’ must be nearby for the ‘Blue Princess’ to produce fruit.  One of the hardiest of the Hollies.

Bloom Time: Helps produce berries on ‘Blue Princess’ in late summer.

Growth Habit:  Oval, 8-12′ in height,  6-8′ in width.

Foliage:  Thick, Leathery, Dark green.

Sun/Shade: Sun, Partial Shade.

Hardiness Zones: 3-9.
